WARNING: Almost everything on the internet related to sex crimes is aimed at punishing alleged sex offenders.  Much of the material available consists of angry hyperbole.  For example, there are many pages facilitating access to sex offender registry information (often for a fee) or promoting harsher sentences such as chemical castration for sex offenders.  Most states that have passed a version of Megan's Law post specific information on sex offenders on the web, encouraging vigilantism and stigmatizing offenders for life.

The following links are different.  They provide information that might be helpful to people who are accused of sexual offenses.  If you learn of other links that might provide similar, helpful information please email them to us at info@zmolaw.com.

Nothing on any of these sites can provide legal advice; if you have been charged with a sex offense, think you might be charged with a sex offense, or have questions about a particular case, you should consult with an attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction.
